It was just an ideal choice for a cursory stop in Old Orchard Beach with fantastic value for money. The breakfast had some good choices, like pastries and hard-boiled eggs. For peace, request a room away from the busy street.

cozy and clean
Great location a short walk from the beach, restaurants, and the pier. My room was comfy and provided bottles of water. The breakfast was delicious with options like fresh fruit and mini muffins. A nice outdoor pool and free parking were also available. All around, a cozy stay minus some age-related wear and tear.

The Quadruple Room was super clean and had all the essentials, 2 large double beds, a fridge, and microwave. The shower had great water pressure, and there were plenty of towels. So nice to have complimentary water too! It felt comfy and really well-kept for what we needed during our stay.

The stay was enjoyable with its charming atmosphere and vintage décor. I loved the outdoor pool, especially since I was traveling with kids. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and amusement park. Only downside was the thin walls, which made it a bit noisy at times, but that didn't spoil our fun.

I loved the charming ambiance and the historic decor of the place. The large front porch was perfect for enjoying the summer breeze, and the spacious room made for a comfortable stay. Overall, a nice experience, but I'd like a better breakfast next time.

missingWrote a review on Aug 12cozy vibeconvenient locationuncomfortable mattress
The cozy vibe hangs thick in the air, making it feel like home. It's conveniently tucked away—just a quick walk to the beach, avoiding the maddening crowd while being close enough to enjoy all the action.
The mattress in the King Suite left a lot to be desired, with deep impressions making for an uncomfortable night. The room felt cramped with outdated furniture, and the cracks in the bathroom sink were an unwelcome sight. Each day brought inconsistent room care. fresh towels on some days but not others. Breakfast was basic, and once the food ran out, it didn’t get replenished, which was a letdown. With only two uncomfortable dining chairs in the room, relaxing wasn't easy. Little quirks, like one dim lamp and blinds that barely functioned, detracted from the experience.

Had a great time with friends! The place is super cozy, and we loved visiting the beach and checking out the local pier. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Just remember, there's no in-room fridge or microwave, but coffee's available in the lobby!
We had a bit of trouble with the thin walls, hearing footsteps above us at times, but overall it didn't ruin our stay.

I loved the lovely wood floors and relaxing porch where we chilled out in the evenings. The pool options were nice and it felt great to unwind after a day on the beach. These things weren't a big deal, but knowing the breakfast and pool are a short walk away would have been nice. 😊

I had a nice stay and appreciated the hospitality during a wedding. I remember enjoying brownies with coffee, a nice touch after a long day.
There was some confusion about the breakfast location, and it would have been better to have clear instructions.

missingWrote a review on Jun 26historic atmospherehelpful stafflack of amenitiesbasic breakfastconfusing billing
The historic building featured charming wood floors and a lovely front porch that created a warm atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful, and breakfast was fresh daily, with local recommendations provided. However, the lack of basic amenities like a closet and TV was frustrating, and the breakfast setup felt too basic compared to other B&Bs I've visited. Billing was confusing as my deposit was mistakenly added to the total, requiring clarification.
